Section 617.12. Rules requiring enterprise risk reports.

- (1) In this section, “enterprise risk" means any activity, circumstance, event, or series of events involving one or more affiliates of an insurer that, if not remedied, is likely to have a material adverse effect on the financial condition or liquidity of the insurer or its insurance holding company system, as defined in s. 622.03 (2) , as a whole, including anything that would cause the insurer's risk-based capital to fall into company action level as set forth in s. Ins 51.01 (4) , Wis. Adm. Code, or that would cause the insurer to be in a hazardous financial condition as described in s. 623.11 , 645.31 , or 645.41 .(2) The commissioner shall promulgate rules requiring insurers to report their enterprise risk, including the form of the report and the manner and process for filing the report.
