Section 218.0161. Penalties.

Except for s. 218.0116 (1) (a) , (b) , (cm) , (d) , (f) , (fm) , (g) , (jm) , (m) , (o) and (om) , and except for violations for s. 218.0114 (1) , 218.0119 , or 218.0147 , any person violating ss. 218.0101 to 218.0163 may be required to forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation.
