Section 199.08. Annual membership meeting.

All members shall be eligible to attend, participate in and vote in the annual membership meeting called by the board under s. 199.07 (3) . The form of the meeting shall be as provided under subch. VII of ch. 181 . The meeting shall be open to the public and shall be held in different districts on a rotating basis.
