Section 182.202. Mutual telecommunications company; quorum; proxies.

At any meeting of the stockholders of a farmers' mutual telecommunications company, members representing 20 percent of the outstanding stock, shall constitute a quorum. Any member may hold and vote the proxy of not exceeding 3 stockholders.
