The following sections apply to this subchapter, except that all references to “public debt" or “debt" shall be read to refer to a “revenue obligation" and all references to “evidences of indebtedness" shall be read to refer to “evidences of revenue obligation": ss. 18.02 , 18.03 , 18.07 , 18.10 (1) , (2) , (4) to (9) , (11) , and (12) , and 18.17 .
