2015 WISCONSIN ACT 392

An Act relating to: recycling grants for local governments and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . Fiscal changes.

(1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (6) (bu) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2015-16 is increased by $3,000,000 for providing grants to responsible units under section 287.23 of the statutes.
