2015 WISCONSIN ACT 260

An Act to renumber and amend 20.370 (5) (ad) of the statutes; relating to: funding for the Florence Wild Rivers Interpretive Center.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . 20.370 (5) (ad) of the statutes is renumbered 20.370 (5) (cz) and amended to read:

20.370 (5) (cz) Resource aids — interpretive center. From the general fund, the The amounts in the schedule for a grant to the Florence Wild Rivers Interpretive Center under s. 30.255.

Section 2 . Fiscal changes.

(1) Resource aids - interpretive center. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (5) (cz) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2015-16 is increased by $27,000 to increase funding for a grant to the Florence Wild Rivers Interpretive Center under section 30.255 of the statutes. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (5) (cz) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2016-17 is increased by $27,000 to increase funding for a grant to the Florence Wild Rivers Interpretive Center under section 30.255 of the statutes.
