2013 WISCONSIN ACT

An Act
to amend
281.58 (2) and 281.58 (7) (b) 5.; and
to create
281.58 (6) (a) 1m., 281.58 (6) (b) 9., 281.58 (7) (b) 7. and 281.61 (2r) (e) of the statutes;
relating to:
methods of providing assistance under the Clean Water Fund Program and the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program and projects that are eligible for assistance under the Clean Water Fund Program.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

281.58 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

(2)
Rules.
The department shall promulgate rules that are necessary for the proper execution of its responsibilities under this section.
Notwithstanding s. 227.10 (1), the department and the department of administration are not required to promulgate rules for the purposes of providing financial assistance for pilot projects under sub. (7) (b) 7.

281.58 (6) (a) 1m. of the statutes is created to read:

(a) 1m. Activities other than those specified in subd. 1. associated with achieving and maintaining compliance with a permit issued under ch. 283.
