2013 WISCONSIN ACT 319

An Act to amend 563.93 (2) of the statutes; relating to: the price of a Class A raffle ticket.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . 563.93 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

563.93 (2) No raffle ticket may exceed $100 $500 in cost.

Section 2 . Initial applicability.

(1) This act first applies to raffles conducted on the effective date of this subsection.
