2013 WISCONSIN ACT 169

An Act to repeal subchapter I (title) of chapter 10 [precedes 10.01] and subchapter II of chapter 10 [precedes 10.51]; and to amend chapter 10 (title) of the statutes; relating to: repealing the schedule of election occurrences.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . Chapter 10 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

CHAPTER 10

ELECTION DATES AND NOTICES

Section 2 . Subchapter I (title) of chapter 10 [precedes 10.01] of the statutes is repealed.

Section 3 . Subchapter II of chapter 10 [precedes 10.51] of the statutes is repealed.
