2009 WISCONSIN ACT 69

An Act to amend 15.445 (4) (a) 6.; and to create 15.445 (4) (am) of the statutes; relating to: membership of the State Fair Park Board.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . 15.445 (4) (a) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:

15.445 (4) (a) 6. The secretary of agriculture, trade and consumer protection and the secretary of tourism or their designees .

Section 2 . 15.445 (4) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

15.445 (4) (am) A secretary may designate a person under par. (a) 6. only if the person is an employee of the department of which the secretary is head.
