    An Act to create 111.84 (1) (g), 111.991 (1) (g) and 111.991 (3m) of the statutes; relating to: unfair labor practices in violation of collective bargaining rights.
    The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
    Section 1 . 111.84 (1) (g) of the statutes is created to read:
    111.84 (1) (g) To use any moneys received for any purpose to discourage, to train any supervisor, management employee, or other employee to discourage, or to contract with any person for the purposes of discouraging, employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed under s. 111.82.
    Section 2 . 111.991 (1) (g) of the statutes is created to read:
    111.991 (1) (g) To use any moneys received for any purpose to discourage, to train any supervisor, management employee, or other employee to discourage, or to contract with any person for the purposes of discouraging, employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed under s. 111.97.
    Section 2g . 111.991 (3m) of the statutes is created to read:
    111.991 (3m) This section does not interfere with a faculty member's right of academic freedom.
    Section 3 . Initial applicability.
    (1) This act first applies to acts committed on the effective date of this subsection.
