An Act to amend 23.33 (11m) (d) 1. and 23.33 (11m) (d) 2. of the statutes; relating to: all-terrain vehicle routes and trails that may be used by operators of lightweight utility vehicles.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . 23.33 (11m) (d) 1. of the statutes, as created by 2007 Wisconsin Act 20 , is amended to read:

23.33 (11m) (d) 1. All-terrain vehicle routes and trails located within their the respective jurisdictions county or municipality that may be used by operators of lightweight utility vehicles.

Section 2 . 23.33 (11m) (d) 2. of the statutes, as created by 2007 Wisconsin Act 20 , is amended to read:

23.33 (11m) (d) 2. All-terrain vehicle routes and trails located within their the respective jurisdictions county or municipality upon which lightweight utility vehicle use is prohibited.
