An Act
to amend
49.686 (2) of the statutes;
relating to:
moneys used to reimburse the cost of drugs to treat HIV infections and making appropriations (suggested as remedial legislation by the Department of Health and Family Services).
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Reimbursement.
From the appropriations under s. 20.435
(1) (m)
and
(5) (am)
and
,
(i),
and (ma),
the department may reimburse or supplement the reimbursement of the cost of AZT, the drug pentamidine, and any drug approved for reimbursement under sub. (4) (c) for an individual who is eligible under sub. (3).
