An Act
to amend
146.33 of the statutes;
relating to:
allowing a 16-year-old to donate blood with parental consent.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

146.33 of the statutes is amended to read:
146.33
Blood donors.
Any person
who is
17 years old or older may donate blood in any voluntary and noncompensatory blood program
, and any person who is 16 years old may donate blood in such a program if his or her parent or legal guardian consents to the donation
.
