    2007 WISCONSIN ACT 132
    An Act relating to: certification of major party nominees for the offices of president and vice president in 2008.
    The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
    Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.
    (1) Notwithstanding section 8.16 (7) of the statutes, the government accountability board shall accept the certification of the state or national chairperson of any political party entitled to a September primary ballot of the names of the party's nominees for the offices of president and vice president in 2008 if the certification is made no later than 5 p.m. on September 5, 2008.
