2009 WISCONSIN ACT 298

An Act to create 15.497 (2) (h) of the statutes; relating to: adding a member to the council on veterans programs.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1 . 15.497 (2) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

15.497 (2) (h) One representative of the Blinded Veterans Association of Wisconsin.

Section 2 . Nonstatutory provisions.

(1) Notwithstanding section 15.497 (2) (intro.) of the statutes, the term of the initial representative of the Blinded Veterans Association of Wisconsin on the council on veterans programs shall expire on July 1, 2011.

Section 3 . Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect on first day of the 2nd month beginning after publication.
